How should my hair be when I arrive?

Please come with clean dry hair for all services.

What is the cancellation policy?

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.  If not given, there is a $25 fee per cancelled/rescheduled service and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

Do you accept credit cards?

We do accept credit cards although cash or check is preferred.

What is your late policy?

We have a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes is up to the stylist to reschedule the appointment or acccomodate the best they can with remaining time. This could mean skipping a hair cut or blow out.

Are children allowed?

While we love your children, it is for their safety we do not allow them at the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes!
