With over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry and a cosmetology license from Douglas J. Aveda, Stevie is certified in IBE hand-tied extensions, grey blending, dimensional lived-in color, and bridal updos. After a decade of working with women of all ages, Stevie launched her own salon with a vision to help women—from their late 20s through their 50s—feel trendy, fresh, and confident at every age. She believes beauty is about more than what happens behind the chair; it’s about creating an experience that leaves each woman feeling renewed, confident, and cared for. Stevie is passionate about discipline, personal growth, and well-being in both her professional and personal life. She also takes pride in mentoring and encouraging young stylists as they build their careers. Helping them develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to thrive in the beauty industry.

She is a licensed esthetician and Douglas J. Aveda graduate. Allie is certified in eyelash extensions and is a wax specialist. She has a passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, whether they’re preparing for a special event or simply showing up fully in everyday life. Her journey in the beauty industry was inspired by her experience as a competitive dancer in high school, where she struggled with her skin and confidence. That experience sparked her desire to help other women feel more confident and secure in their own skin.As a makeup artist specializing in bridal beauty and natural glam, Allie focuses on enhancing each client’s natural beauty while helping them feel confident from the inside out. She is also recognized for creating seamless bridal and wedding experiences, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed and each guest feels cared for. As Salon Director, Allie is committed to creating an environment where both guests and team members feel comfortable, supported, and at ease.
